DELIVERY OF ITEMS

1. Delivery cost:
   The delivery cost varies depending on the distance to the delivery location, with a minimum cost of 500f
2. The precise location and time:
   Delivery will take place at the location and time agreed upon between the buyer and HAPPY HOME Services. It is possible to change the collection point selected when placing the order.

REMOVAL OF ITEMS

1. In-store pickup it is free
2. Withdrawal by a third party: if you choose to delegate someone else to pick up an order on your behalf, you will need to provide them with your order number (Received by SMS).
3. Extension of withdrawal date:
   We allow 48 hours for collection after the chosen collection timeframe when placing your order. After this period, we will be obliged to cancel your order.
4. Change from pickup to delivery for an order already placed: It is indeed possible to change your mind about the delivery option.
