The ordering process is very simple and quick on the myhappyhome.site/en website.
- Find the product you want to buy : you will see a keyword search field at the top of the website page. You can also search by category on the left side of the page. When you find a product that interests you, click on the product title or name to view its details.
- Add to cart : when you have found the product you wish to order, click Add to cart. Once you have added a product to your cart, you can go back and continue searching and adding to your cart. You can access the contents of your cart at any time by clicking the green cart button in the upper right corner of any page on the site.
- Verification : once you have finished adding the items you wish to order to your cart, click the "Order" button. This will redirect you to the checkout page where you can fill in all your personal information related to your delivery, including your first and last name, email address, phone number, city, neighborhood, and delivery date. When the information is complete, click the "Place Order" button located at the bottom of the checkout page. You will then receive your order number.
- Order cancellation : If you have already received your order number and wish to cancel the order for personal reasons, you can contact Customer Service at 621008100 to request a cancellation.
- Changes to my order after placing it : you can make changes to your order after placing it, before the service contacts you for confirmation. However, once you have confirmed, it is no longer possible to modify the order. If you wish to add one or more items to your order, we can place a new order for you.
